One lung is fairly clear, but they other one is not. They are having real problems keeping her IV's going. I think that have reinstalled the IV 5 or 6 times, (3 times yesterday) due to small rolling veins and the antibiotic that they are using. They are also going to start her on an oral antibiotic today. Staci said this morning that if they have to keep her longer than Tuesday that they are going to install a pickline for the antibiotics. Hopefully it won't come to that. This is really tough on a 5 year old. Kamy, the 2 year old sister, is just going on being a typical 2 year old. Please continue to keep Staci and family in your prayers. Couldn't keep the IV's going had to restart them twice, tried to give her liquid antibiotics and she could keep them down, then they decided to go ahead and put the picline in and weren't able to do that (tried twice). So they decided then to try and get her to swollen a pill and she did it and kept it down. So we had good news, and now more good news she is keeping the pills down and they let her go home this morning. She still has to take medication for awhile, but one lungs is fairly clear and the other had improved enough to let her go home. Thanks for all of your prayers on behalf of our family.
